Film Surface Inspection System
Performs on-line inspection of surface defects on films. Even at high production speeds, consistent quality is maintained. The system inspects defects on plain-colored surfaces, using high-resolution imaging and fast processing to detect defects on continuously moving rolls of plain-colored materials, such as plastic films, sheets, and composite materials.
