To provide timely technical support and services to customers worldwide, Jyejiang has established a subsidiary in Mainland China to better serve you.

Product Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty:All purchased products are covered by a one-year (12 months) free repair or replacement service. Replacement parts will be of equal or higher quality.
  • After a product is repaired, a 30-day warranty is provided. During this period, if the same issue occurs again due to the same cause, the customer is entitled to free repair service.

Product Warranty Validation Criteria

  • Based on the product’s original manufacturing date from the manufacturer.
  • Or based on the shipment date recorded in our company’s computer system.
  • Or based on the customer-provided original proof of purchase.

Warranty Validation Criteria & Exceptions

The following circumstances may require the user to pay repair or other service fees:

  • The product is beyond the warranty period stated on the warranty label.
  • Failures or damage caused by not following the instructions in the operation manual for proper system maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from force majeure (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons), intentional human actions (e.g., hitting, breaking, heavy impact), system malfunctions, human negligence (e.g., loss, improper storage), or other abnormal conditions.
  • Damage resulting from the customer’s unauthorized installation, addition, modification, or repair of parts not approved or authorized by the company, or caused by a third party under the customer’s direction.
  • If the original manufacturer provides a warranty exceeding one year (12 months), and the customer sends the product for repair through our service channel, handling fees may apply (e.g., for hard drives, memory, etc.).
  • Services such as troubleshooting software issues not related to what is provided from official shipments, system reinstallation, or software installation are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage caused by computer viruses, including system corruption or virus removal, is not covered.
  • When the customer sends a product for repair, they must back up all data or take measures to protect it. The company is not responsible for any data loss during servicing.
  • Consumable products (e.g., lamps) are not covered under warranty.
